Membership in this user group grants the following user rights (see ):

• Have one's own edits automatically marked as patrolled (autopatrol)
• Lock or unlock global account (centralauth-lock)
• Rename global accounts (centralauth-rename)
• Create new user accounts (createaccount)
• Not be affected by rate limits (noratelimit)
• Enable two-factor authentication (oathauth-enable)
• Override the disallowed titles or usernames list (tboverride)
