Users blocked from the IP Information tool ('no-ipinfo') are users whose access to the (IP Info feature) has been completely revoked. This user group can be used to remove someone's access to the tool in case of abuse, misuse, or as a remedy following the unauthorized breach of the Wikimedia Foundation IP Information tool guidelines. Only stewards are able to add or remove users to or from this group, as well as some Wikimedia Foundation staff members in privileged local or global user groups.
